Andy Parham, MBA IEng, is a former diplomat and trade compliance expert currently serving as a Senior Manager of Global Trade Compliance at BAE Systems, Inc. They received the Office of the Secretary of Defense Medal for Exceptional Public Service in December 2021 and possess extensive experience in trade diplomacy, particularly regarding U.S. arms export control procedures. Andy has previously worked in various roles within the UK Ministry of Defence, including as a Diplomatic First Secretary at the British Embassy in Washington, D.C., and has instructed at the UK Defence Academy. They hold a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, complemented by multiple engineering qualifications and a solid foundation in both domestic and international policy.
