Anthony Costa

Anthony Costa is a Program Director for Tactical Systems at BAE Systems, where they oversee project management on large engineering development programs, ensuring adherence to schedule, cost, and performance requirements. With a background in both hardware and software engineering leadership, Anthony has driven efficiency and productivity gains through initiatives such as the “Right Person Right Job” program and the implementation of Agile and SOA technologies. They maintain a CMMI Level 5 certification and have a strong focus on fostering excellent customer relationships and a collaborative work environment. Anthony holds an MBA in Business Management from Hofstra University and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from NYU Polytechnic School of Engineering.
