Austin Kopesky

Austin Kopesky is currently a System Integration and Test Engineer at BAE Systems, Inc., where they lead complex live-fire test events and the integration of advanced weapon systems. Previously, Austin served as a Structural Analysis Engineer at the same company, focusing on structural performance analysis and process automation. As a Project Manager for the University of Minnesota's Design, Build, Fly team, Austin organized and led students in designing and testing small unmanned aircraft systems. They also gained hands-on experience as an Engineering Intern at Aerospace Fabrication & Materials, where they worked on thermal control solutions and mechanical analysis.
