Bob Chanda

Bob Chanda is an experienced engineering and operations professional with a robust background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Principal Engineer on the Quality Supplier Development Team at BAE Systems, Inc. since April 2019, Bob previously held the role of Operations Excellence Leader at NORMA Group and managed engineering and lean implementation at Valtronic for medical devices. Early career positions included Team Manager at Avery Dennison, Retail Business Unit Manager at SPX Corporation, and Process Engineer at Marconi PLC. Bob's engineering journey also includes significant roles at Danaher and ABB, as well as service in the US Marine Corps as the Motor Transport Chief Mechanic. Bob holds an MBA in Business from the University of Phoenix and a BEET in Electronics from ETI Technical College.
