Bob Plummer

Bob Plummer is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leading HR functions at major corporations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at BAE Systems, Inc. since January 2008, Bob is responsible for organizational development, employee and leadership development, recruitment, staffing, union and employee relations, performance management, and safety, health, and environmental initiatives for over 10,000 employees globally. Prior to BAE Systems, Bob held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Rolls-Royce from January 1985 to December 2008. Bob holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration from Indiana University Bloomington, earned between January 1980 and January 1985.
