Brian Ayling

Brian Ayling is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as the Head of Air Sector Support and Services Function Establishment at BAE Systems (UK-Air) since October 2023. Prior to this role, Brian held various key positions at BAE Systems, including Head of Continuing Airworthiness, Safety Compliance and Assurance from April 2020, and F-35 HPSI Head of Aircraft Depot MRO&U, overseeing critical maintenance and support operations across multiple regions. With a rich background in technical operations and management, Brian has also led significant projects in Saudi Arabia, contributing to the Royal Saudi Air Force's training programs and the acquisition of new aircraft types. His career began as Technical Director at TNT Aircraft Maintenance Services, and Brian holds a foundation degree in Aeronautical Engineering from West London College.
