They have developed and implemented effective EHS programs, driving significant improvements in safety culture and compliance, as demonstrated by their success in reducing injury incident rates and achieving ISO certifications. Currently serving as a Senior Safety Health and Environment Manager at BAE Systems, Brian continues to be devoted to fostering a proactive safety mindset and improving operational excellence through innovative strategies.
