Caleb Fast

Caleb Fast, Ph.D., is currently an Operational Excellence Lead at BAE Systems, Inc., where they focus on enhancing operational efficiencies. They earned their Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry from Vanderbilt University, where their research concentrated on novel late transition metal catalysts and their selectivity in organic transformations. Prior to this, Caleb served as a Research Assistant at The University of Virginia's College at Wise and was a Ph.D. candidate at Vanderbilt University. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from The University of Virginia's College at Wise and a high school diploma from Central High School.
