Caleb Hale is an accomplished F35 Modification Retrofit Principal Engineer at BAE Systems, Inc., having transitioned from a supervisory role in F35 EMAS at Lockheed Martin. With a strong background stemming from the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Marine and later as a Quality Assurance Manager for VMA-122, Caleb gained extensive experience in quality assurance and process improvement. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautics Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where they studied from 2016 to 2021.
