Christopher Asmussen

Christopher Asmussen is a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer at BAE Systems, Inc., specializing in non-conventional electro-optical systems within the Mission Systems EO/IR area. They oversee the design and integration of high precision mechanisms and lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams. Christopher previously worked as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Ball Aerospace, where they contributed to the development of complex electro-optical systems. They hold a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, where they were actively involved in ice hockey and various volunteer activities.
