Cissie Ogle

Cissie Ogle is a seasoned Principal Systems Engineer at BAE Systems, Inc. since April 2021, with extensive experience in systems engineering and testing accumulated over more than a decade at Lockheed Martin. Previous roles included overseeing hardware testing within military support programs and hypersonics, leading interdisciplinary teams in verification planning for NASA's Orion project, and managing software integration for the U-2 mission planning system. Ogle has also served as a technical mentor for high school students in the FIRST Robotics Competition and has contributed to various NASA missions, including MAVEN and JUNO, focusing on safety and requirements verification. Education credentials include a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and participation in the Lockheed Martin Engineering Leadership Development Program.
