Dan Decoste

Dan DeCoste is a seasoned contracts professional with extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Contracts Manager at BAE Systems, Inc. since February 2019, Dan oversees the Advanced Electronic Warfare Solutions (AEWS) Product Line Portfolio and acts as the Contracts Leadership Development Program Coordinator. Prior to this role, Dan managed contracts related to Common Advanced Electronic Warfare Systems and international tactical aircraft programs. Dan's background includes significant tenure at the United States Air Force, from June 2012 to February 2019, where responsibilities included serving as a Procurement Contracting Officer with a warrant for international programs and leading procurement efforts for key military projects. Dan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Saint Anselm College and a Master of Science in Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
