Daniel D'Amore is a highly experienced technical leader with a career spanning over two decades in the defense and technology sectors. Currently serving as Technical Director for Product Protection at BAE Systems, Inc., since January 2024, Daniel previously held various engineering and managerial roles at BAE Systems from July 2004 to January 2024, including Chief Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed the technical management of product life cycles and team leadership. Daniel also contributed to the military technology field as a Senior Principal Software Engineer and Section Manager, managing software engineering teams and complex embedded software applications. Earlier experience at ITT involved developing embedded software for military communication systems. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Tufts University and additional qualifications in Software Systems Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University at Buffalo.
