Daniel Oleks

Daniel Oleks is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in the defense sector. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at BAE Systems, Inc. since June 2022, Daniel supports business capture efforts across key markets. Prior to this role, Daniel was a Manager in the Capture Management Excellence Program at Raytheon Technologies, where responsibilities included overseeing domestic and international pursuits from inception to completion. Daniel's earlier experience includes a position as an Intelligence Research Specialist III at the New York City Police Department focusing on counterterrorism and intelligence, as well as a Senior Consultant at IHS Jane's, managing a team analyzing international security policy and defense markets.
