Danielle Minard

Danielle Minard is the Principal Manufacturing Engineer at BAE Systems, Inc., focusing on star trackers within the payloads solution group. With extensive experience in quality, manufacturing, and process engineering, Danielle has previously held roles such as Manufacturing Engineer II, where they led engineering efforts for assembly, integration, and testing, and Supply Chain Quality Engineer I, where they addressed quality issues across multiple supply bases. Danielle also gained valuable experience as a Quality Engineer at Lat-Lon LLC and in various engineering capacities at Boeing, showcasing a strong background in composite manufacturing and engineering processes. Danielle holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Gonzaga University.
