David Y.

David Y. is a highly accomplished aerospace and defense executive with over 25 years of experience, specializing in strategic planning, business development, and capture management. As of 2025, David serves as the International BD Director at BAE Systems, Inc., following a tenure as Managing Director at EGT Global Technologies Consulting. Previously, at Raytheon, David held several leadership roles, culminating as Director of Strategic International Captures, where they achieved $2.5 billion in new business captures. David holds an Executive MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and an Executive Scholar Certificate in Leadership from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. They are currently pursuing a Master’s and Bachelor's degree from National Technological University and the University of California, Riverside, respectively.
