Derrick Rumer

Derrick Rumer, PMP, is currently the Senior Director of Cyber Engineering at BAE Systems, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to this, Derrick served as a Senior Program Manager at BAE Systems, and previously held various positions within the company from 2011 to 2015, including Operations Manager and Senior Project Manager. Derrick worked as a Cyber Program Manager at L3Harris Technologies from 2016 to 2021 and began their career as a LAN Inspector for the US Government from 2004 to 2006. Derrick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Computer Programming and Information Sciences from Shepherd University and a Master's degree in Information Technology/Digital Forensics from the American Public University System.
