Douglas Lloyd

Douglas Lloyd is currently the Director in Navigation and Sensor Systems at BAE Systems. They previously held the position of Director for Rotary Wing Solutions at Collins Aerospace from 2018 to 2021, managing both military and civil rotary wing business with P&L responsibility. Prior to that, Douglas worked at Rockwell Collins in various roles, including Program Manager and Director of Military Navigation, where they oversaw significant programs and served as Co-Chairman of the Board for Integrated Guidance Systems LLC. Douglas is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of North Texas and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University.
