Edward Masterson

Edward Masterson is a Senior Systems Engineer at BAE Systems with over 30 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Project Management, Test & Evaluation, and process improvement in Air Force weapons acquisitions. They previously served as Deputy Director of the Engineering & Technical Management Directorate for the United States Air Force and held various engineering and leadership positions throughout their career, including Colonel and Chief roles in multiple divisions. Edward holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology. Since 2018, they have been instrumental in the development and execution of complex, high-tech systems from concept through to fielding.
