Elizabeth Long

Elizabeth Long is a Principal Mechanical Engineer at BAE Systems, Inc., where they design space mechanisms. Previously, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Raytheon Intelligence & Space, focusing on mechanisms for electro-optical sensors. Elizabeth began their engineering career as a Summer Intern at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, conducting design studies and fabricating prototypes. They hold a Master of Science in Astronautical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington.
