Eric Icke

Eric Icke, PE, currently serves as Vice President and General Manager at BAE Systems, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing the execution of ship repair and modernization efforts in San Diego, managing daily operations across crafts, Ships Management, Warehouse, and Tool rooms. Previously, Eric held various leadership roles at Irving Shipbuilding and General Dynamics NASSCO, including Senior Director of Manufacturing Engineering and Steel Production Manager, where management encompassed large teams and complex projects. Eric has also served as a Reserve Support Officer with the US Navy and began a career with an internship at the Panama Canal Authority. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering Systems from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, a Master of Arts in Defense and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, and is enrolled in the Advanced Leadership Programme at IMD.
