Ethan Smith

Ethan Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and leadership within the defense sector. Currently serving as Program Director at BAE Systems, Inc. since December 2020, Ethan has also held the role of Program Manager at BAE Systems since June 2018. Prior experience includes positions as Program Manager and Test Manager with the US Marine Corps, as well as multiple roles at Marine Corps Systems Command, including Product Manager for Infantry Weapons and Program Manager for Tank Systems. Ethan began a military career as an Infantry Officer in May 1995. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in History from the United States Naval Academy, a Master of Science in Military National Resource Strategy and Policy from the Eisenhower School, and a Master of Business Administration in Defense Systems Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School.
