Hal Devonald

Hal Devonald is the Mechanical Engineering Functional Capability Lead and Engineering Processes Lead at BAE Systems, Weapon Systems UK. They oversee the recruitment, development, and training of the Mechanical Engineering function while managing engineering process improvements and governance. Hal began their career at BAE Systems in 2017, working on various production and R&D programs as a Mechanical and Systems Engineer. Prior to this role, Hal completed an apprenticeship as a Design Engineer at Siemens Subsea and earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Lancaster University with First Class Honours.
