James E. Spears is an accomplished Program Manager with a diverse background in project management, IT operations, and military aviation. Currently at BAE Systems, Inc., since August 2019, James leads programs and enhances IT and infrastructure projects using Lean-Agile methodologies. Previous roles include managing aviation software development at Jacobs and client projects at Cerner Corporation, where James ensured timely delivery and adherence to budgets. With military experience as a Marine Corps Project Manager and Helicopter Pilot, James combines leadership skills with a strong educational foundation, holding advanced degrees in Organizational Leadership and Project Management from Norwich University and Boston University, respectively, along with a Bachelor’s degree from Bob Jones University.
