Jay’s experience spans multiple companies including Crane Aerospace and Raytheon, where they effectively implemented lean concepts and led significant operational improvements. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Operations Research from Iowa State University, where they continue their education.
