Jesse Seiple, CSM, is an experienced Program Manager currently leading Enterprise Service Delivery at the United States Marshals Service through BAE Systems, Inc. Since March 2021, Jesse has also served as the Service Delivery Line of Business Manager, delivering technical support for the US Marshals. Prior to this, Jesse worked at Deloitte Consulting LLP from September 2012 to March 2021, managing various digital transformation initiatives for the United States Navy and overseeing numerous IT projects for the United States Postal Service. Jesse's career includes a role as Executive Officer in the United States Marine Corps, where significant contributions were made in operational leadership and personnel management. Jesse holds a Master’s degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Western Washington University.
