Jonathan Farrow

Jonathan Farrow is an experienced vetting professional currently serving as the Vetting Services Manager at BAE Systems, Inc. since March 2023, overseeing the vetting of all permanent and non-permanent employees. Previously, Jonathan held the roles of Vetting Team Lead at BAE Systems from March 2022 to March 2023 and Vetting Officer at Vodafone from April 2014 to November 2019, where responsibilities included managing vetting processes for various employee clearances. Jonathan's career also includes a pivotal role in Core Product Development at FORANSIC LTD until July 2023, a brief contract as a Vetting Consultant at The Security Watchdog, and a series of positions that enhanced expertise in client relations and service delivery. Jonathan holds a 2:1 degree in 3 Dimensional Design from Northumbria University, complementing a foundation in design from Bedales School.
