Jorge Rivera is a driven and innovative leader currently serving as Mgr. II Engineering at BAE Systems, Inc., where they spearhead process optimization initiatives and lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. Previously, they held engineering roles at Ball Aerospace and Baker Hughes, where they focused on enhancing manufacturing processes and delivering technical solutions. Jorge earned their degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de la Laguna in 2006 and has consistently demonstrated a strong track record in operations management and strategic leadership throughout their career.
