Joseph Pearse

Joseph Pearse is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in high-speed digital design, remote sensing systems, and military embedded applications. Currently serving as a Senior Electrical Engineer at BAE Systems, Inc. since February 2024, Joseph previously held senior roles at Tomorrow.io and Liteye Systems, Inc., where responsibilities included digital design engineering, PCB design, and firmware development. With early career experience at ALPHA DATA and Sierra Nevada Corporation, including work on aircraft electrical systems, Joseph has a solid foundation in electrical engineering, augmented by an internship at Sierra Nevada and academic involvement at Colorado School of Mines, where a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering was earned. In addition to engineering roles, Joseph has also contributed to the community as a youth soccer referee and has worked as a grader at Colorado School of Mines.
