Joy Thomas, PHR, is a Principal Human Resources Business Partner at BAE Systems, Inc., where they leverage their extensive experience in human resources. Previously, Joy served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at AECOM and as an Employment Consultant at BB&T, focusing on effective staffing and recruitment strategies. Joy began their career at Sandy Spring Bank as a Teller Supervisor before transitioning into human resources, where they managed all aspects of personnel management. Joy holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland University College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
