Judith Rackens has extensive experience in procurement, having served in various roles at BAE Systems Information Solutions since 2005. Judith began as Manager of Procurement in November 2005, advanced to Senior Manager of Procurement from February 2007 to March 2011, and has held the position of Director of Procurement since April 2011. Judith holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Graduate Certificate in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management from the University of Virginia.
