Katherine Smith possesses a strong background in engineering with extensive experience across various roles in both academic and professional settings. Starting as an Engineering Intern with the City of Salem, Katherine contributed to hydrant flow testing and the organization of city plans. Following this, a position as Operations/Engineered Standards Intern at The TJX Companies, Inc. involved training in facility supervision and developing operational methods.
