Kevin Smith is a Senior Principal Recruiter for Fast Labs at BAE Systems, Inc., where they are responsible for sourcing and recruiting engineering, cybersecurity, and technical R&D positions nationwide. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Recruiter at Lamb Weston, focusing on recruiting for engineering and corporate support functions across U.S. and Canada locations. From 1999 to 2021, Kevin was the President of The Archer Group, Inc., providing search services across various industries. They are currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business while also working towards a BBA in Accounting at the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
