Kyle Kaufmann

Kyle Kaufmann is an experienced professional in product support and supply chain management, currently serving as the Spares and Repairs Manager at BAE Systems, Inc. since July 2018, where responsibilities include providing life cycle management for Naval Weapons procurement contracts and managing cross-functional teams. Prior to this role, Kyle held various positions at Honeywell, including Materials Analyst and Integrated Supply Chain Supervisor, contributing to process improvements using lean six sigma methodologies. Kyle began a diverse career as a Truck Driver at Waltco and served honorably in the US Marine Corps as a Sergeant and Avionics Work Center Supervisor, gaining extensive technical and leadership experience. Academically, Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Metro State University, as well as an Associate of Arts from Century College, complemented by specialized technical training in aircraft electrical systems.
