Kyle Rafa

Kyle Rafa is a New Technologies and Program Manager at BAE Systems Inc., specializing in Space and Mission Systems. They began their career at a start-up focused on innovative materials for wear and corrosion resistance before moving to the corrosion consulting industry as a project engineer. Kyle has also held positions at Lockheed Martin, Corrpro Companies, Inc., and Scoperta Inc., where they developed patented products and authored grant proposals. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering from California Polytechnic State University and have cultivated a strong skill set in project management, technical communication, and troubleshooting complex problems.
