Lance Hillman

Lance Hillman has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, having served in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently an Indirect Procurement Calibration Program Manager at BAE Systems, Inc., Lance oversees procurement functions. Prior positions include Director of Procurement at Atlas Machine and Supply, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed vendor management and logistics for seven locations. Previous experience includes roles at Bechtel in both tools management and as a buyer for DOD projects, as well as inventory control and purchasing roles at the US Census Bureau and other companies.
