Larissa Ramos

Larissa Ramos is a seasoned production manager with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Sr. Production Manager at BAE Systems, Inc., since December 2023, Larissa oversees a team of over 60 technicians and support staff specializing in multiple disciplines such as aerospace painting, machining, etching, bonding, and testing. Prior experience includes positions at Ball Aerospace, where Larissa progressed from Production Manager to Facilities Services Supervisor II and Facilities Supervisor I. Additional leadership roles as General Manager were held at Guckenheimer and Flagship Restaurant Group. Larissa holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Regis University and has earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality, Restaurant and Tourism Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, along with an Associate degree in Business Management from Metropolitan Community College.
