Lisa Dugger

Lisa Dugger is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management and reporting. Currently serving as Director of Accounting at BAE Systems, Inc. since January 2018, Lisa has previously held multiple key positions at Eastman Chemical Company from January 2005 to December 2017, including Global Corporate Cost and Sales Manager, where oversight of $9 billion in revenue and sales reporting was a primary responsibility. Lisa's roles included managing global manufacturing costs, leading teams of accountants, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. Lisa holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pensacola Christian College.
