Lisa Randolph is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Quality Director at BAE Systems, Inc. since June 2019, Lisa previously held the position of Internal Quality Team Leader at Parker Hannifin from April 2001 to June 2019, overseeing quality engineers and final inspectors in the aerospace division. Prior to that, Lisa was a Quality Manager at Industrial Fasteners from September 1991 to March 2001, managing quality for a fastener manufacturer and distributor with four divisions. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering and has obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from AiT.
