Lowell Nilson

Lowell Nilson has extensive experience in project management and specialty engineering, with a career spanning over two decades. At the Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division from October 1989 to September 1999, Lowell served as Project Lead for Data Management and Publishing, where responsibilities included managing technology improvements and supervising personnel. Following this, Lowell worked at BAE Systems, Inc. from October 1999 to September 2010, initially as a Project Specialty Engineer, supporting and managing engineering programs across various domains such as reliability and safety. Subsequently, Lowell advanced to the role of Manager of Specialty Engineering, overseeing staffing, process development, and technology enhancements.
