Mark Monroe

Mark Monroe is currently a Product Area Director at BAE Systems, Inc., where they excel in portfolio and program management, fostering high-performing organizations, and developing strategies that prioritize engagement and trust. Previously, Mark held multiple roles within BAE Systems, including Manager of PTW & Strategic Intelligence, leading efforts to enhance win probabilities, and Senior Product Area Director for the F-35 Mission Systems. Mark also served as a Principal Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman Space Technology, contributing to the development of advanced laser weapon systems and supporting various business development initiatives. Educated at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Mark holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering.
