Matthew DeMay is a portfolio leader and technology and architecture solutions innovator currently serving as the Co-founder and CEO of Microsphere Material Solutions LLC since 2016. They held various roles at Northrop Grumman from 2007 to 2015, including systems engineer and program manager. Matthew has also contributed to BAE Systems, Inc. as RFx Product Area Director and RF Exploitation Architectures Director in 2025. They gained valuable experience as an electrical engineering co-op at Saab Sensis Corporation in 2004 and as a graduate teaching and research assistant at The Pennsylvania State University from 2004 to 2005.
