Matthew McCaughtry

Matthew McCaughtry is an experienced engineer with a strong background in environmental testing and the design and manufacturing of laser systems and optics. Currently employed at BAE Systems, Inc. as an Engineer Environmental Test since October 2022, McCaughtry previously held positions at Insight Photonic Solutions in Engineering & Development from July 2014 to October 2022, and at Delphi/Sparton Medical Systems in Engineering from 2004 to January 2014. Earlier in their career, McCaughtry worked as a Test Tech/Supervisor at Dovatron/Flextronics from October 1997 to March 2002 and served in the United States Marine Corps from 1988 to 1992, focusing on PMELS for the AV8B Harrier aircraft. McCaughtry earned an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of South Florida between 1992 and 1994.
