Michael Belki

Michael (Mike) Belki is an experienced senior director in human resources, currently leading the HR team at BAE Systems, Inc. in the Intelligence business unit, overseeing over 1,700 employees focused on national security and critical infrastructure. Previously, Mike served as Vice President of HR for Enterprise Shared Services at BAE Systems, managing HR operations and business partnering. In earlier roles, Mike held the position of Director of Organization Development at BAE, directed organization consulting at Fannie Mae, and managed high-impact human capital engagements at Accenture. Mike began his career as a Military Intelligence Analyst in the United States Army. Educational credentials include an Executive Leadership Program from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and multiple degrees from Texas A&M University.
