Michael Landers

Michael Landers is currently a Quality Manager II at BAE Systems, Inc., where they apply their ASQ Certifications in Quality Engineering, Quality Auditing, Quality Management, and Supplier Quality. Previously, they gained valuable experience as a Quality Engineer at Andersen Corporation, where they developed continuous improvement plans and significantly reduced product defects. Their extensive background also includes roles at Texas Instruments, where they held positions including Failure Analysis Engineer and Senior Product Development Engineer. Landers pursued their education at North Carolina State University, earning a BS in Electrical Engineering, and holds dual degrees in Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin.
