Michael Pratt is currently a Program Manager at BAE Systems, Inc., overseeing several projects totaling over $20 million. With more than 39 years of experience in government service, including a significant tenure in commercial and Air Force acquisitions, Michael has demonstrated expertise in program management and contract execution. Previously, as the Director of Operations for the Signals Analysis Squadron at NASIC in the United States Air Force, Michael directed a team of 256 personnel and significantly improved operational efficiency. Michael holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, both from Wright State University.
