Michelle Taylor possesses extensive experience in quality learning and development, starting as a Director at BAE Systems, Inc. since April 2017, while also serving as a Lean Six Sigma Deployment Manager. Prior roles at BAE Systems include Business Analyst and Metrics and Compliance Lead since April 2016. Michelle's career began at Tyco Electronics, M/A-COM, where responsibilities included OpEx Program Manager from 1995 to May 2009, followed by a position as Business Analyst in Sales Operations at Harris Communications from June 2009 to April 2016.
