Molly McManus is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. McManus started at BAE Systems as a Financial Planning Analyst in 2013 and progressed through various roles, including participation in the Financial Leadership Development Program. From 2014 to 2017, McManus served as a Sr Financial Analyst and subsequently as a Principal Financial Analyst at Raytheon Missiles & Defense. After a tenure as Finance Manager at Raytheon Technologies from 2020 to 2022, McManus rejoined BAE Systems, where the current position is FP&A Manager. McManus holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management and an MBA from Binghamton University.
