Monica Gilbert is a seasoned engineering executive with extensive experience in microelectronics and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Microelectronics Engineering at BAE Systems, Inc. since May 2021, Monica previously held the position of Vice President of Strategic Programs at Jariet Technologies, Inc. from July 2015 to May 2021. Prior roles include Director of Program Manager-Strategic Programs at Semtech and Director of Business Management at Maxim Integrated Products. Monica began a long tenure at IBM as a Sr. Staff Engineer, starting in 1983 and concluding in 2000. Monica holds a degree from Pace University, completed between 1979 and 1983.
