Paul Eder

Paul Eder, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Program Manager at BAE Systems, Inc., leading a team of 20 technology professionals in the implementation of database, automation, and AI solutions for a significant government agency. Eder has a rich background in AI and data initiatives, previously functioning as a Project Manager and Senior AI & Data Advisor for the DHS OCFO, where responsibilities included guiding a data science team and developing strategic AI roadmaps. As President of High Value, LLC, Eder focuses on collectibles and motivational speaking, and has authored the book "FIRESTARTERS," which aims to inspire others to leverage their passions. Eder's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Management Consulting at The Millennium Group International and Director at The Center for Organizational Excellence, where various strategic planning and evaluation projects were managed. An academic background includes a PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Delaware, complemented by a BA from Loyola University Maryland and an MA in Social Psychology from the University of Delaware.
